What youll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for consulting roles (sourcing through offer)
• Partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and shape talent strategy
• Build diverse high-quality candidate pipelines across the NYC market
• Engage candidates through creative sourcing networking and referrals
• Deliver a thoughtful inclusive candidate experience from first touch to offer
• Use tools (including AI) to improve sourcing and efficiency

Additional Information :

Office Workplace Guidelines: Hybrid New York City Headquarters

• This high-visibility position requires presence in Sias New York office headquarters 3 days per week.

• Annual Base Salary Range: $75000 - $90000 commensurate with experience and qualifications
