The Project: Safeguarding the Digital World
You will be working on a specialized project for one of the worlds leading short-form video platforms. Your mission is to review analyze and moderate user-generated content (videos comments and images) to ensure it complies with community guidelines and safety standards. This is a vital role in protecting the online community from harmful or inappropriate content while supporting a creative and diverse digital ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities
- Content Review: Monitor and moderate German-language content (videos text and images) according to established policies and workflows.
- Objective Decision-Making: Apply critical thinking to identify and remove content that violates guidelines regarding safety copyright or misinformation.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with German cultural nuances slang and emerging trends to ensure accurate moderation.
- Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed daily targets for accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative Safety: Work closely with your team and Quality Analysts to maintain a consistent and safe user experience.
Requirements
- Language: Native or C2-level fluency in German and a minimum of B2 English.
- Experience: Prior experience in content moderation customer service or data entry is a plus but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive fully paid training.
- Resilience: Ability to handle sensitive or challenging content with a professional and objective mindset.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable using various software tools and navigating social media platforms.
- Availability: Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility for rotating shifts (including weekends/nights if required).
- Location: Must be willing to work 100% on-site at our modern hub in Lisbon.
