Job Summary
We place Dutch-speaking sales professionals with international brands running their Dutch-market operations from Lisbon. Structured environments real targets and a performance bonus that meaningfully moves your monthly take-home.
What youll do
- Engage Dutch-speaking customers via inbound and outbound calls
- Present products and offers handle objections and close
- Run retention upsell and winback campaigns
- Log all interactions in CRM and report against individual sales targets
What were looking for
- Fluent in Dutch C1/C2 level
- English at B2 or above
- Confident persuasive communicator comfortable in a target-driven environment
- Previous sales retention or telemarketing experience preferred
- EU work authorisation or valid Portuguese residence permit
