Job Summary
We recruit Dutch-speaking Content Moderators for major digital platforms managing trust and safety operations from Lisbon. Before you apply: this role involves regular exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content. Wed rather be upfront about it now.
What youll do
- Review Dutch-language user-generated content flagged for potential policy violations
- Apply platform community guidelines accurately and consistently
- Make fast well-reasoned decisions: approve remove or escalate
- Maintain accuracy standards measured through regular quality audits
What were looking for
- Fluent in Dutch C1/C2 level including cultural and contextual understanding
- English at B2 or above for training and escalation processes
- Detail-oriented and methodical able to work at volume without losing accuracy
- Emotionally resilient the most important non-negotiable for this role
- EU work authorisation or valid Portuguese residence permit
