About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an international team in Lisbon Portugal supporting one of the worlds leading search engine this role you will assist German-speaking users and businesses with their queries ensuring they get the most out of the platform while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound contacts from German-speaking customers via phone email and/or chat regarding search engine products and services
- Provide clear accurate and helpful guidance to users experiencing platform-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently escalating complex cases where necessary
- Educate customers on platform features tools and best practices
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction across all interactions
- Accurately log all customer contacts and resolutions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share knowledge and improve service delivery
Requirements
- Fluent German (C1/C2 level) spoken and written
- Proficient level of English
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of internet products and digital tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced target-driven environment
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial but not required
