Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time support to customers through live chat on our website
  • Answer customer resolve issues and provide product information
  • Collect feedback from customers and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in using live chat platforms and customer service software

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service or live chat support
  • Prior experience in a sustainability-focused organization is a plus
