Job Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time support to customers through live chat on our website
- Answer customer resolve issues and provide product information
- Collect feedback from customers and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate team
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborate with other teams to improve overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using live chat platforms and customer service software
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service or live chat support
- Prior experience in a sustainability-focused organization is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range: $21-$25 per hour
