As a Sales Representative you can expect the following tasks:
- Advising business customers by phone and presenting our software solutions in a clear customer-oriented way
- Acquiring new customers and building long-term relationships
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within your customer portfolio
- Managing your sales pipeline and customer data in our CRM system and actively using modern sales tools to support your work
Qualifications :
- Completed training ideally in a commercial environment
- 23 years of experience in telephone sales customer support or B2B sales
- A dynamic personality with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Motivation and willingness to take ownership of your work
