Our client is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) Part-Time / Outsourced to support the setup and ongoing operational management of their CASP entity in Cyprus. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can establish strong operational foundations while ensuring regulatory readiness.

The organization is focused on establishing and growing its CASP entity in Cyprus with a strong emphasis on compliance innovation and operational efficiency. They offer a dynamic and collaborative environment where experienced professionals can make a meaningful impact. The successful candidate will be based in Limassol Cyprus.
Responsibilities
As a Chief Operating Officer (COO) you will play a key role in shaping and managing the companys operational framework:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CASP entity
Design implement and optimize internal processes and operational workflows
Manage relationships with external vendors service providers and partners
Identify and mitigate operational risks ensuring business continuity
Work closely with Compliance and AML functions to ensure full regulatory readiness
Support the setup and structuring of the companys operational framework in line with CySEC requirements
Contribute to strategic planning and execution of business objectives
Ensure alignment between operational activities and regulatory obligations
Monitor performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
Requirements
The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:
Proven experience in an operational leadership role (COO or similar)
Background in regulated financial services fintech or crypto-asset operations
Strong understanding of operational risk governance and internal controls
Experience with CySEC-regulated entities will be considered a strong advantage
Familiarity with CySECs fit-and-proper requirements is essential
Excellent leadership organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a part-time / outsourced capacity
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Cyprus residency is required
