Key Responsibilities

Monitor vessel performance and daily operations
Coordinate with captains crew and port agents
Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations
Manage voyage planning and operational documentation
Handle troubleshooting and operational issues

Requirements

3 years of experience in shipping operations
Strong knowledge of maritime procedures and regulations
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure
