Position: Full-Time Live-Out Special Needs Family Assistant / Cook
Schedule: MondayFriday or Tuesday-Saturday 10:30am - 6:30pm; and overnight coverage as needed
Salary: $130000$150000 per year depending on experience
Start Date: Flexible for the right fit
Relocation: Yes open to nationwide search (separate housing provided)

About the Family
We are seeking a high-caliber professional Family Assistant / Household Cook for a private household in Park City Utah. This is a hybrid role for a mature highly dependable candidate who can combine strong family cooking proactive household assistance calm support for neurodivergent teens light housekeeping and occasional overnight coverage during parental travel. We are looking for someone who is comfortable driving in the snow and can help the home run smoothly reduce daily management burden and provide steady appropriate support in a discreet private-home setting.

Children: 2 Neurodivergent teenagers
Home Size:5500 square feet
Pets: Service Dog
Household Staff: Weekly Deep Cleaners

Responsibilities

Family Cooking
Prepare nutritious daily meals including breakfast school lunches and dinner
Adjust meals to accommodate dietary needs allergies and food sensitivities
Plan menus grocery shop and maintain a well-stocked pantry refrigerator and kitchen
Keep the kitchen clean organized and fully reset after meal preparation

Teen Support
Provide calm respectful and appropriate support to neurodivergent teens in daily life
Help maintain routines structure and a low-stress household environment

Support meals transitions evening flow and other day-to-day needs
Build trust gradually while respecting boundaries and independence

Family Assistant Support
Run errands including groceries returns pharmacy pickups and household supply runs
Coordinate vendors service appointments and household logistics
Keep household supplies stocked and proactively handle day-to-day household tasks
Support overall household organization presentation and smooth daily operations

Light Housekeeping
Handle laundry linens folding and putting items away
Tidy common areas bedrooms kitchen and other high-use spaces
Manage kitchen cleanup dishwashing and daily household resets
