Tasks
We are looking for Enterprise Account Executives who can own a full sales cycle into tier-1 European banks payments providers and regulated enterprises. You will work directly with the founding team on every major deal; help shape the go-to-market playbook as we build it and be one of the first sellers in our new London hub.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Building and owning a named-account territory - from cold outreach to signed contract
- Running multi-stakeholder enterprise deals across compliance technology and C-suite buyers
- Surfacing feature requirements pricing signals and competitive intel directly to our product team
- Representing spektr at industry events and partner meetings across London and Europe
Requirements
- 5 years in enterprise sales into financial services - banking payments insurance or regulated fintech
- Experience selling compliance data workflow or platform products
- Fluency navigating complex sales cycles with multiple internal stakeholders
- Know how to build credibility with senior buyers in regulated or technical domains
- Are humble coachable and ambitious with a strong growth mindset
- At least one stop at an early-stage company - you can and are excited to work in a startup environment
- Fluency in a second European language (German French Italian or Spanish) is a genuine advantage
- Willing to relocate to London
This role is not the right fit if you have only sold into challenger or neo-banks if you need a mature SDR team before you can get going or if you prefer to wait for problems to be flagged rather than surface them yourself.
