Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Advanced Test Analyst to join the Purchase Order product team. This role is central to the lifecycle of requirement processing for both Direct and Indirect materials covering self-service end-user buying catalog management and finance integration.

The Mission: You will be responsible for the end-to-end orchestration of testing activities within the Purchase Order domain.
Your role involves creating comprehensive test plans managing regression testing and proactively improving test scripts to ensure seamless requirement processing and sourcing integration.
You will act as a key troubleshooter interacting with consultants and stakeholders to maintain global quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- SAP MM Certification
- SAP MM Solid experience
- MM Expertise
- Routinized use of JIRA / xRay / Confluence
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
- TOSCA Experience
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
- Strong commitment to quality
Essential Skills (Verified):
- Practical knowledge in test automation test planning and test data creation
- Know-How in test automation and its tools (TOSCA)
- Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- SAP S4/HANA experience
- SAP Materials Management Module
- Update and maintain all SAP Module functional documentation
- Conduct Unit tests Integration tests and System Integration security tests
- Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes
- SAP CALM and SAP Walkme (SAP Toolchain)
Advantageous Skills:
- Execute SRM Unit Testing System Integration Testing and support with UAT to ensure that high quality testing
- standards are always achieved
- Identify and create well-described defects that ensure a quick resolution by the dev/func teams
- Verify and close resolved issues during re-testing
- Actively participate in planning estimation and prioritization of testing activities
- Produce effective test documentation
- Proactively improve test scripts and testing process
- Carry out regression testing
- Creation of Test Plan Test Scope and Test Steps
- Interact with consultants and other project members to troubleshoot issues
- Identify and report discrepancies in documented processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process
- Manage general queries of colleagues and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate and execute all testing activities for the Purchase Order product.
- Design and refine automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
- Carry out rigorous regression testing for service confirmation and purchase order processing.
- Collaborate with global consultants to troubleshoot and resolve system discrepancies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process.
- Manage queries from colleagues and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
