About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Application Support Engineer specializing in M365 and Collaboration this role you will leverage your technical expertise to support and enhance our collaborative platforms ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction. You will be a critical team member in a dynamic environment driving efficiency and innovation within our tech framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for M365 and collaboration tools.
• Manage and optimize Power Platform applications to enhance business processes.
• Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell to automate tasks and improve system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of IT solutions.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and improvements.
• Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely manner ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Document technical solutions and processes for future reference and training purposes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in application support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in M365 Power Platform and PowerShell.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
