Position Overview

Serra Toyota is seeking motivated and customer-focused BDC (Business Development Center) Representatives to join our team. We currently have two openings: one full-time and one part-time. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment can multitask effectively and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
• Provide accurate pricing and product information
• Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers
• Support team operations during high-volume periods

Qualifications

• Prior dealership or automotive experience preferred (parts experience a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Availability to work Saturdays (rotating schedule)
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Schedule Options

• Full-Time: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM with rotating Saturdays
• Part-Time: 3:00 PM 8:00 PM with rotating Saturdays
