BDC Agent

Tom Wood Groupis seeking aLuxury BDC Agent Intern to work at the Tom Wood Home Office for the summer. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a high-performing Business Development Center supporting four luxury automotive brands. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences capable of representing premium brands with professionalism and care. As a key point of contact for our customers this individual will play an essential role in driving engagement building relationships and supporting the overall success of our luxury dealerships.

Flexible schedule

• Saturdays off Mostly!Just 1 or 2 a month

Responsibilities:

• Completing Daily Checklists/Paperwork

• Brand Ambassador

• Ability to understand the needs of each luxury brand and deliver a world-class experience

• Outbound and inbound phone calls

• Providing high-end customer service

• Reaching number expectations daily

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Able to communicate professionally via email and over the phone with co-workers and customers

• Maintaining a thorough knowledge base of the luxury dealerships/brands

• Open communication with the dealership service department

Qualifications:

• BDC experience

• Luxury BDC preferred

• Excellent customer service skillsrequired

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to work well and independently with others

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate/enter data into established databases
