The Tom Wood Group a recognized leader in the automotive industry is seeking seasonal summerBusiness Development Center (BDC) Agents to deliver exceptional customer service and support across our multiple dealership locations including both mainline and luxury brands. This temporary summer role is ideal for individuals looking for short-term opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Itrequires the ability to adapt to varying customer expectations and service standards. It is perfect for individuals who enjoy connecting with people and are motivated by performance-based rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 115 inbound and outbound calls daily with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests across multiple dealership locations
• Schedule service appointments and confirm details accurately
• Engage customers to promote dealership services and programs
• Maintain detailed records and update customer information in CRM systems
• Build product knowledge across the Tom Wood Automotive Groups diverse lineup

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service hospitality or call center roles preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to connect with customers over the phone and through electronic communication
• Comfortable using computer systems including Microsoft Office applications
• Calm under pressure with strong multitasking abilities
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving performance targets
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
