We continuously develop our skills not only through client projects but also through other interesting activities.As a consultant you will work on transformational projects for clients in the financial sector especially banks insurance companies and investment firms.
About your manager
Adam Kele is a consulting professional with almost 15 years of experience usually acting as a Delivery manager for complex transformation projects. He has proven track record of core system replacement managing both local technology teams and several offshore/onshore 3rd parties. He likes to combine both IT and business perspective. From strategic program management and decision making to hands-on problems solving and always keeps business needs in mind.
Job description & summary
As a Business Analyst youll support the analysis documentation coordination and delivery of digital and technology projects.
You will translate business needs into structured requirements work closely with both business and IT participate in workshops help shape processes and contribute to successful delivery in agile or hybrid environments.
Requirements of the role
Completed university degree inEconomics Business Administration Business Informatics Business Engineering or a comparable field
Interdisciplinary backgroundsare welcome especially combinations of business with technology analytics digital transformation communication or management
Suitable forrecent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience
Experience or exposure inconsulting technology consulting digital or business transformation orfinancial services environments (banking or insurance)is an advantage
Experience instakeholderfacing coordination or deliveryoriented roles such as:Business or data analysis Project or product coordination Consulting or advisory roles bridging business and IT
Strong communication and coordination skills combined with an interest in consulting and technology are essential for this role.
Basic understanding of or strong interest intechnologyenabled solutionssupporting efficiency and business transformation
Interest in learning and working with topics such as:Business and data analytics Automation and process optimization (e.g.RPA) Agile deliveryand the software development lifecycle Digital tools platforms and ITsupported business processes
Deep technical expertise is notrequired curiosity learning ability and a digital mindset are key
Stronganalytical thinkingand ability to structure and simplify complex topics
Confidence in communicating withbusiness and IT stakeholders
Strong collaboration skills ininternational and crossfunctional teams
Fluency in English and German (C1 level)
Proactive and responsible working style willingness to take ownership of tasks
High motivation to learn develop professionally and gradually grow into more complex responsibilities
