As our Business Analyst CZ/SK Commercial you will enable datadriven commercial decisionmaking across the CZ/SK organization maximizing the ROI of commercial investments and translating complex customer and sales data into clear actionable business insights.

THE ROLE

As our Business Analyst CZ/SK Commercial you play a critical role in supporting Sales and Management with factbased analyses. Acting as the local analytical expert you will evaluate commercial effectiveness own key customer data assets and partner closely with regional analytics teams to ensure consistent methodologies and highquality insights.
This is an individual contributor role and you will manage:

1. Commercial Analytics & ROI Management

• Analyze pricing promotions and customerspecific commercial investments
• Evaluate ROI and spending effectiveness across commercial activities
• Identify inefficient spending and improvement opportunities
• Prepare scenarios and forwardlooking options to support decisionmaking
• Support Sales and Management with factbased commercial recommendations

2. Customer Data Ownership & Data Management

• Own and manage Top Customer sellout data and databases for CZ/SK
• Ensure data quality consistency and reliability of customer datasets
• Structure process and analyze large datasets efficiently
• Use advanced Excelbased models for performance tracking and analysis
• Apply Copilot tools to increase productivity and insight generation

3. Business Insights & Stakeholder Communication

• Translate complex data into clear concise and actionable insights
• Provide transparent recommendations supporting commercial decisions
• Clearly communicate findings to Sales Finance Customer Marketing and Management
• Constructively challenge assumptions using factbased analysis
• Support management discussions with datadriven narratives

4. Collaboration & Regional Alignment

• Work crossfunctionally with local Sales and commercial teams
• Closely cooperate with the CEE Business Analytics team ensuring alignment with regional standards
• Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics approaches
• Operate independently while supporting management priorities

• Strong analytical mindset with focus on ROI profitability and value creation
• Experience analyzing promotions pricing and customerspecific commercial activities
• Advanced Excel skills for modelling analytics and performance tracking
• Strong working knowledge of databases and analytical tools
• Ability to handle large datasets with precision and structure
• Strong understanding of sales and customer dynamics
• Clear confident communication and stakeholdermanagement skills
• Proactive structured and reliable working style
• Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role
