Job Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of events and activations across the business. This role is responsible for turning project plans into reality through strong scheduling resource coordination budget control quality management and cross-functional execution.
The Project Manager is a central delivery role within the organization. It requires someone who is proactive highly organized commercially disciplined and able to anticipate risks before they become operational problems.
What You Will Own
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of assigned projects from planning through final execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables.
- Create and manage detailed project schedules using Gantt charts and other project management tools.
- Coordinate resources across teams and maintain clear visibility on milestones dependencies and deadlines.
- Implement quality control processes and maintain regular vendor check-ins to troubleshoot issues in real time.
- Prepare track and manage project budgets with strong financial accountability and cost awareness.
- Monitor budget variances resource utilization and performance data to improve future execution.
- Identify potential risks early develop contingency plans and keep projects moving despite changing conditions.
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication and provide clear status updates to leadership and project teams.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement in delivery systems project discipline and reporting standards.

You are comfortable in fast-moving environments able to make sound judgments in ambiguous situations and willing to take responsibility for outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- 35 years proven project management experience preferably in events or activations.
- Bachelors or postgraduate degree in Project Management Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- PMP certification is a major advantage.
- Proficiency with project management tools including Gantt charts.
- Strong organizational skills strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving ability.
- Proven experience in strategic planning project execution and stakeholder management.
- Strong judgment in ambiguous fast-moving situations.
- Strong technology proficiency for organizing tracking and accelerating work.
