Job Summary

  • Develop customers in Automotive OES market for Sikas product portfolio such as adhesive sealants and coating products
  • Developmenet of new projects and deliver sales of Automotive OES in Korea and support the projects at global level to meet agreed upon budget and gross margin objectives
  • Coordinate with local key stakeholders along the value chain of new market segments in Korea  to accomplish goals and objectives
  • Supply chain management for inventories in Korea market
  • Analyze the market and target / position Sikas product lines accordingly
  • Set up business plan yearly/Quarterly /monthly and report to TM manager
  • Report /Communication to Sika Automotive APAC/ global team

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of ten years of business development or related experience (차장부장급)
  • Prefer industry experience in adhesive AND/OR Automotive
  • Preferred Chemical relevant major engineering major or business administration
  • Good English skills
  • Equip with driving license
  • You have good computer skills for Excel PowerPoint Words.
  • Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Faithful and dedicated person in business
  • Motivated to learn
