Customer Service Specialist (Polish & English)
Location: Lisbon Portugal (Onsite)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our international team in Lisbon. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong understanding of the e-commerce sector and are committed to delivering exceptional service standards for leading global products.
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers. You will provide high-quality support ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and empathy. This position requires a proactive mindset and the ability to handle high-contact volumes during peak promotional seasons.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Deliver professional and empathetic assistance via verbal and written communication channels.
E-commerce Expertise: Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding leading e-commerce products and service standards.
Decision Making: Utilize rational decision-making skills to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Operational Flexibility: Adapt to shifting priorities and volume peaks particularly during high-demand retail seasons.
Working Hours & Schedule
Current Schedule: Monday to Sunday with rotative shifts (08:00 17:00 or 09:00 18:00).
Days Off: 2 rotative days per week.
Future Requirement: Flexibility for a 24/7 rotative shift schedule (To be confirmed by the client at a later date).
Professional Requirements
Language Proficiency: Native or near-native level in Polish and high proficiency in English.
Skills: Excellent communication skills strong emotional intelligence (empathy) and a solution-oriented approach.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or the e-commerce industry is highly regarded.
Mindset: A passion for technology and digital retail trends.
Compensation & Financial Benefits
Base Salary: 920 per month (paid over 14 months per year).
Welcome Bonus: 1000 (Polish speakers) paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year of employment.
Attendance Bonus: 45 per month (paid over 11 months per year).
Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day.
Comprehensive Benefits
Health Insurance: Available from Day 1 (with a monthly contribution). Becomes free of charge after 6 months of employment.
Relocation Support (Outside Portugal): Access to shared accommodation for up to 12 months (specific details will be provided during the interview process).
Relocation Support (Inside Portugal): Please note that internal relocation support is reserved for Tier 1 languages (German Nordics and Dutch).
Travel: Please be advised that flight tickets are not provided as part of the relocation package.
