Business Development Manager (Cybersecurity Services)
Job Summary
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closing
- Conduct client negotiations and align business expectations
- Prepare proposals presentations and commercial offers
- Manage RFIs/RFPs and participate in bidding processes
- Collaborate with delivery and technical experts during presales
- Maintain and develop opportunities in CRM
- Manage sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
- Participate in client meetings and business presentations
- Support account growth through upsell and expansion opportunities
Qualifications :
- 24 years of experience in B2B sales business development or account management in IT services
- Understanding of software development processes and IT services market
- Experience in preparing commercial proposals and presentations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Proactive structured and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and discipline in execution
- Cross-cultural communication skills
- AI prompting skills will be an advantage
