Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional Southeast fleet position based in Jacksonville FL. This role offers consistent freight predictable miles and reliable weekly home time making it ideal for drivers looking for steady income and routine scheduling.
Drivers will run regional routes across the Southeast with modern equipment and dependable freight.
Route & Freight Details
- Regional runs throughout the Southeast U.S.
- Operating across multiple southeastern states with occasional extended lanes
- Average:
- 1800 miles per week
- Freight includes:
- General dry freight
- 100% no-touch freight
- Mix of:
- 5060% drop & hook
- 4050% live unload
Schedule
- Home weekly (34-hour reset)
- Typical 5-day work week
- Consistent routing and scheduling
- Must be available for:
- Weekends
- Holidays
Predictable regional schedule with steady freight
Pay & Compensation
- Avg Weekly Pay: $1000$1100
- Top Weekly Pay: $1300
Additional Pay:
- Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day
- Performance Bonus: Up to 3 CPM
Equipment & Work Setup
- 2021 Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth tractors
- Well-maintained fleet
- Regional dry van operation
- 24/7 driver support available
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience required
- Must be able to:
- Run full weekly schedule
- Plan routes effectively
- Work weekends and holidays as needed
