Position Overview
Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dedicated account based in Lordstown OH. This position offers consistent freight strong weekly averages and reliable home time with 34-hour resets.
Drivers will run regional routes with a mix of drop & hook and light driver assist deliveries.
Route & Freight Details
- Regional runs across:
- OH PA NY WV KY MD
- Hiring area primarily:
- Ohio Pennsylvania New York
- Average miles per week
- Typical workday: 1114 hours
- Freight includes:
- Retail-style dry freight
- Majority drop & hook
- Some locations require:
- Driver assist unloading
Schedule
- 5-day work week
- 34-hour resets (weekly home time)
- Day and night shifts available
- Must be available for:
- Weekends
- Holidays
Some drivers may get home more frequently depending on location
Pay & Compensation
- Avg Weekly Pay: $1500
- Avg Annual Pay: $78000
Mileage Pay:
- Up to $0.80 CPM (blended rate)
Additional Pay:
- $20 stop pay
- $60 driver assist unload pay
Equipment & Work Setup
- Standard dry van trailers
- Mix of drop & hook and live unload
- Stable consistent freight lanes
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience required
- Must live within 100 miles of Lordstown OH (44481)
- Must be able to:
- Perform occasional driver assist unloading
- Work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
