How Youll Make an Impact
As the Regional Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in scaling the EVO credit card product. You will be the driver behind our mission to accelerate financial inclusion responsible for establishing a dominant market presence in your assigned region.
You are not just managing numbers; you are building a high-performance sales culture expanding our partner ecosystem and bridging the gap between innovative fintech solutions and end-users.
What Youll Do
1. Strategic Sales Management & KPI Achievement
- Drive Acquisition: Take full ownership of the regions sales targets specifically the volume of new credit cards opened. Translate high-level annual/quarterly targets into actionable monthly and weekly plans for the region.
- Regional Planning: Analyze local market trends and demographics to identify low-hanging fruit and high-potential areas for mass card issuance.
- Performance Monitoring: Closely monitor sales pipelines and conversion rates to ensure the team consistently hits or exceeds the assigned KPIs on card activation and usage.
2. Partnership Network Development (B2B / B2B2C)
- Expand Ecosystem: Proactively identify negotiate and collaborate with local partners (retail chains universities industrial zones corporates and merchants) to create channels for direct user acquisition.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure Evo remains their preferred financial product for cross-selling to their customer base.
3. Team Building & Leadership
- Recruit & Stabilize: Build a robust regional sales force (Team Leaders/Direct Sales Agents) from the ground up or restructure existing teams to ensure stability and coverage.
- Coaching & Culture: Foster a winning culture centered on integrity and results. Provide regular training and field coaching to improve the teams selling skills product knowledge and compliance adherence.
- Retention: Implement motivation schemes and retention strategies to minimize staff turnover in a high-pressure sales environment.
4. Operations & Market Intelligence
- Feedback Loop: Act as the eyes and ears of the project. Gather market feedback regarding product competitiveness and approval processes (KYC/Underwriting) to provide insights to the Head Office for product optimization.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities in the region strictly adhere to TPBanks banking regulations and Trusting Socials ethical standards.
What Were Looking For
Experience & Background:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Banking or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales with at least 2-3 years in a Regional Management or Area Management role.
- Strong background in Retail Banking (Credit Cards/Unsecured Lending) Consumer Finance or Fintech is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of building and managing large Direct Sales (DSA) teams or partner channels.
Skills & Competencies:
- Results-Oriented: A strong hunger for growth and a data-driven mindset focused on hitting numerical targets (Volume/Cards Opened).
- Partnership Acumen: Excellent negotiation and networking skills to build a local partner ecosystem.
- Leadership: Ability to recruit train and inspire a large diverse sales team under high pressure.
