As the Office & Operations Manager youll lead a team of 10 design the workflows that keep everything moving and serve as the communication backbone between departments. This role calls for someone who brings structure to ambiguity communicates with confidence in two languages and knows how to get things done without the drama.

WHAT YOULL OWN:

  • Lead coach and evaluate a team of 10 office staff setting clear expectations and driving high-quality execution
  • Architect and continuously optimize office processes to improve efficiency and eliminate friction
  • Serve as the primary cross-functional communication link translating priorities clearly across teams in both Vietnamese and English
  • Build and maintain operational reports schedules and activity plans that give leadership accurate timely visibility
  • Support financial and payment workflows ensuring administrative accuracy and process adherence
  • Collaborate hands-on with HR Finance IT and Operations to align office activities with company-wide objectives
  • Provide strategic and administrative support to senior management: meeting coordination documentation presentations

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven background in office management or a senior administrative leadership role
  • Fluency in both Vietnamese and English written and spoken (non-negotiable)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and hold accountable a team of 10 or more
  • Sharp organizational skills and an obsessive attention to detail
  • Solid grasp of financial and payment processes within an office context
  • Confident working independently under pressure without needing hand-holding
  • Strong track record of process improvement and workflow optimization
  • Natural collaborator who can build bridges across departments
