Our team is seeking an innovative ABM marketing professional who can develop and execute strategic account-based marketing programs turning deep account insights into powerful engagement opportunities that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
A Day in the Life
As our Senior ABM Marketing Manager youll collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales product marketing and customer success to design and implement targeted ABM initiatives that speak directly to priority accounts in the ANZ market. Your day might involve analysing account engagement metrics developing personalised account strategies coordinating executive events and building relationships with key stakeholders across target accounts.

Key job responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive account-based marketing campaigns targeting high-value enterprise accounts in the ANZ region
* Design and implement multi-touch multi-channel ABM programs that align with account-specific business objectives and buying journeys
* Create personalised engagement strategies for target accounts including executive roundtables customer events and bespoke content experiences
* Plan and execute strategic events including executive briefings industry forums and account-specific workshops to drive engagement and pipeline acceleration
* Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop account plans and coordinate marketing activities that support account penetration and expansion
* Leverage intent data and account intelligence to identify engagement opportunities and optimise campaign tactics
* Analyse campaign performance at the account level and provide strategic data-driven recommendations for continuous optimisation
* Manage relationships with vendors and agencies to deliver high-impact ABM programs and events
- 7 years of experience in account based marketing field marketing or demand generation with demonstrated success in enterprise account engagement
- Proven experience developing and executing account-based marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Strong event management experience including executive events customer forums and account-specific experiences
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with sales teams to align marketing activities with account strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance optimisation and account-level measurement
- Advanced understanding of the ANZ market and enterprise business landscape
- Exceptional project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously
- Experience in stakeholder management including influencing executive level global leaders
- Advanced experience with customer relationship management systems and account intelligence platforms
- Experience in technology or IT industry marketing particularly in cloud or enterprise software
- Strong vendor and agency relationship management skills
- Experience working in collaborative matrix organisational structures
- Track record of building and scaling ABM programs from pilot to full production
