Digital Technical Producer Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Contract)

Were looking for a highly experienced Digital Technical Producer with deep hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) expertise to support a growing pipeline of complex multi-channel campaigns. This is not a traditional EDM role - were seeking a specialist who moves beyond basic HTML builds into end-to-end campaign development automation and customer journey orchestration within SFMC.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of complex multi-channel campaigns working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. This role requires strong expertise across SFMC automation journey design and campaign execution not just HTML production.

Youll play a key role during a period of significant platform change including the transition from Marketing Cloud Engage to Marketing Cloud Advanced and the migration of decisioning from Pega to Data Cloud. With campaign complexity increasing and channel expansion accelerating (email push in-app notification centres) this role is critical in strengthening technical delivery capability within the team.

Qualifications :

• Strong hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise beyond basic EDM builds to include automation journey development and platform configuration.
• Proven experience in EDM development and HTML/CSS for email.
• Strong capability in AMPscript for personalisation and data-driven messaging.
• Advanced experience with Automation Studio and Journey Builder including complex lifecycle campaigns.
• Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns (email push in-app notification centres).
• Experience contributing to the migration from Marketing Cloud Engage to Marketing Cloud Advanced (highly regarded).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Pega or similar decisioning platforms (advantageous).
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within SFMC.
