LivINN Hotels is a locally owned hospitality company based in Burnsville MN with properties throughout the Twin Cities metro and Sharonville Ohio. We are professional agile and fast-paced and our mission is simple: to provide exceptional and memorable experiences for our guests and residents.

Were currently seeking a dependable customer-focused Front Desk Clerk / Night Auditor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently overnight while delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring smooth hotel operations.

Part Time: Sundays 7am- 3pm Mondays 3pm - 11 pm. With Additional flexibility to cover partial shifts from 3 pm - 8pm other days.

Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour

What Youll Do

Warmly welcome and assist guests during check-in stay and checkout
Manage front desk operations efficiently to minimize wait times
Answer phone calls using LivINNs Signature Call Formula.
Maintain knowledge of hotel policies rates promotions and local attractions
Keep the lobby and shared spaces clean organized and welcoming
Ensure guest confidentiality key security and monitor cameras for safety
Complete shift checklists and incident reports as needed
Complete laundry duties each shift.

Requirements

Ability to remain calm professional and courteous in all situations

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfort working independently during overnight hours

Familiarity with the local area or willingness to learn

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to pass a background check

Willingness to work varying shift lengths based on business needs

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods

Frequent bending lifting and folding laundry

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
