Administrative Assistant Front Desk (On-site)
Are you detailed reliable you enjoy working with people Are you looking for an established firm that provides opportunities for professional growth and training If your answer is yes we are seeking a person for our Administrative Assistant Front Desk role! This position manages front office reception and provides administrative support across all levels of the organization. This is an on-site position requiring in-person attendance during standard business hours of 8:00 AM5:00 PM Monday-Friday.
The ideal candidate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. VAAs talent is at the heart of our success.
Your role:
Maintains continuous front desk coverage as the primary point of contact for visitors and employees including greeting guests managing building access visitor sign-in and badge issuance and notifying staff of arrivals.
Performs administrative duties including phone coverage food ordering printing proofreading filing document binding incoming/outgoing mail and shipments breakroom/coffee station upkeep and meeting room setup and breakdown.
Responds quickly to requests for administrative support from partners and staff.
Assists with coordinating company events wellness and outreach initiatives.
Distributes weekly work schedules.
Orders and restocks safety equipment office and kitchen supplies and coordinates with vendors as needed.
Manages the sign-out and return of equipment and other shared office resources.
Prepares organizes and distributes monthly accounting reports for invoicing and review meetings.
Maintains company archive records.
Manage renewal of professional organization memberships for partners and staff.
Administers the employee recognition program including adding and removing employees issuing points and maintaining accurate point tracking.
Your resume must include:
- High School graduate or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in a professional
Starting Hourly Range: $22.00 - $30.00. A variety of factors are considered when determining an offer including but not limited to market data geographic location experience and specialized skills.
