As ourAssistantConstruction Project Manager you willown a variety of action itemsincluding but not limited tomaintaining/updating the agreed upon schedule status of project resources(including material labor etc.) andprocurement related responsibilities (such as subcontracts and vendors).You would ensurequality is addressed throughout the project life cyclethrough metrics and acting on punch-list items.

You will bring1 years of relevantconstructionproject managementexpertiseto our KONE family and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your bachelors degree or4 years of relevant working experience.

The hiring range for this role is $100400.00 $131775.00.The compensation package offered will depend on candidates ability to meet the requirements of the role needs for the business strategy and a range of factors unique to each candidate including their skill set years and depth of experience certifications and location.

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 10% Target Incentivebased on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
