As a Sales Support Associate you will be at the heart of our sales functionsupporting client engagement managing key sales processes and helping ensure the smooth delivery of meetings events and reporting.

You will act as a vital link between Sales Executives internal teams and clients making this role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic peoplefocused environment.

What Youll Be Doing:

Client & Sales Support

Assist Sales Executives with daytoday support analysis and client followup to help maximise external engagement.
Respond to mediumcomplexity enquiries from prospective and existing clients.
Support both the Wholesale and Advisory sales teams.

Data & Reporting

Maintain and audit client and prospect databases.
Gather and analyse sales metrics to support business insights and decisionmaking.
Conduct research on financial markets products and services.

Coordination & Collaboration

Coordinate sales meetings events and related logistics.
Work crossfunctionally with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient sales processes.
Participate in special projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Business Impact

Improve sales and client relationship outcomes by offering insightful recommendations and highlighting strengths and weaknesses of proposed solutions.
Support regulatory and internal standards by ensuring accurate consistent data and documentation.

Essential:

Strong organisational communication and analytical skills.

Proven experience in a sales support client service or operations role.
