This is a hands-on fast-paced role for someone who thrives on targets leads from the front and knows how to turn opportunities into results. Youll be instrumental in scaling memberships building corporate partnerships and driving overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
New Business & Revenue Growth
Own and deliver all new sales activity across individual and corporate channels
Drive high-volume membership sales through proactive outreach and lead generation
Build manage and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline
Corporate Sales
Identify target and secure corporate partnerships across Central London
Arrange and attend meetings to generate trial bookings and bulk memberships
Build long-term relationships to maximise client lifetime value
Lead Management & Conversion
Manage the full sales journey from enquiry through to membership conversion
Maximise conversion rates through effective follow-ups and tailored offers
Track and continuously optimise performance across the sales funnel
Performance & Team Development
Own and report on weekly KPIs and sales performance metrics
Continuously improve outreach strategies and conversion effectiveness
Coach and develop junior sales team members to elevate overall performance
