The Opportunity
Were looking for a driven and energetic Sales Consultant to support revenue growth for a client in the health fitness and wellbeing sector based in Central London.
This is a fast-paced target-focused sales role for someone who thrives on engaging with people converting leads and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Youll play a key role in driving membership sales and supporting both individual and corporate client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Growth
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads to drive membership sales
- Convert enquiries into trials and paid memberships
- Proactively follow up with prospects to maximise conversion rates
- Deliver a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales journey
Corporate & Individual Sales Support
- Support outreach to local businesses and corporate contacts
- Assist in securing trial bookings and membership conversions
- Build positive relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
Lead Management
- Manage and progress your own pipeline of leads
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximise conversion opportunities
- Track performance against individual sales targets
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent achievement of individual sales targets
- Strong conversion from enquiry to membership
- Growing pipeline of engaged prospects
- High levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Contribution to overall revenue growth
Package
29000 base salary 40000 OTE (uncapped commission)
