Description
Sese is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This unpaid internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on HR experience develop professional skills and contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment. The intern will work closely with the HR department and cross-functional teams to support daily operations employee programs and organizational development initiatives.
- Assist with daily HR operations including administrative tasks document organization and file maintenance
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes interview scheduling and preparing onboarding materials - is this realistic
- Contribute to Human Resources projects such as process improvements and HR data tracking
- Help develop and support employee engagement and workplace motivation strategies
- Participate in initiatives that strengthen company culture and organizational values
- Conduct research to support HR initiatives compliance updates and best-practice recommendations
- Perform other HR duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a hands-on HR environment
- Ability to work on-site and adhere to company safety and confidentiality standards
