About the Role

You will lead a global cross-functional IAM/IGAinitiative focused on onboarding applications into a centralized IGAplatform and implementing robust access reconciliation processes.

This role requires strong stakeholder management executivecommunication and the ability to drive complex programs across multipleregions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end project plans for application onboarding into the IGA platform
• Monitor report and escalate project status risks and compliance metrics
• Ensure delivery across scope timeline budget and quality constraints
• Drive automation of reconciliation processes in collaboration with technical teams
• Provide expert guidance on IAM concepts:
• Application onboarding
• RBAC / entitlement models
• Provisioning & recertification
• Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Align project execution with global security and compliance standards
• Manage relationships with business security and technical stakeholders
• Lead steering committees governance meetings and risk reviews
• Handle critical escalations perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolution
• Build and maintain KPIs dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Act as a bridge between global and regional IAM teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years leading large-scale global IT projects
• Certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent (preferred)
• Proven experience delivering IAM/IGA programs successfully
• 5 years hands-on experience with IAM/IGA tools:
• SailPoint Saviynt IBM IGI Oracle Identity Governance
• Deep knowledge of:
• Access reconciliation & certification
• Role mining & RBAC models
• Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Experience with reporting & visualization tools (Power BI Tableau)
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and security best practices
