Position: Roofing Sales Representative / Project Manager

Compensation:

  • Commission-based (uncapped)
  • $100000 $200000 potential
  • Paid per closed deal

About the Role:

TruePoint Construction is looking for experienced or highly motivated sales reps to run company-provided leads inspect roofs and close deals for residential roofing and insurance restoration projects.

This is a high-income opportunity for individuals who are confident driven and ready to earn based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Run company-provided leads (primary focus)
  • Perform roof inspections for storm damage (wind/hail)
  • Meet with homeowners and explain roofing solutions
  • Assist homeowners through the insurance claims process
  • Close deals and sign contracts
  • Coordinate with production team after closing
  • Maintain communication with clients throughout the job


Requirements:


  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Sales experience preferred (roofing or related is a plus)
  • Must have reliable transportation (truck preferred)
  • Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
