Job Summary

The Outside Sales Specialist (internally titled Outreach Specialist) plays a critical role on the Marketing Outreach & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success - building relationships in the community generating quality referrals and guiding prospective participants into the PACE program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities throughout the community
  • Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations to generate qualified leads and potential enrollments
  • Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and referral partners including senior centers assisted living facilities food banks churches and other community-based organizations
  • Develop and implement monthly marketing plans in partnership with leadership to achieve enrollment goals
  • Provide education regarding PACE services and program offerings to community referral sources

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
  • Ability to complete DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales and marketing with at least one (1) year in healthcare or senior care preferred
  • Outside sales experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with CRM and healthcare technology platforms such as Salesforce Athena or similar systems preferred
