Were looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead this expansion build a high-performing team and establish Bulldog Roofing as a dominant player in the market.
Position Overview
This is not a sit-back management role. The Sales Manager will be responsible for launching and scaling our Colorado Springs operation-recruiting training and leading a team while actively contributing to sales efforts.
Youll set the tone for performance accountability and customer experience in a startup-like environment backed by an established successful company.
Key Responsibilities
Market Launch & Growth
- Lead expansion into Colorado Springs Pueblo and Castle Rock
- Develop and execute local sales strategies to drive revenue
- Identify target neighborhoods storm opportunities and growth channels
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit hire and onboard a team of sales representatives
- Train and coach team members on sales process closing techniques and communication
- Conduct ride-alongs field training and daily role-play sessions
- Foster a competitive accountable and winning team culture
Sales Performance & Accountability
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Drive daily activity (appointments door knocking follow-ups)
- Hold team accountable through one-on-ones huddles and weekly meetings
- Monitor KPIs and pipeline performance using CRM tools
Operations & Process
- Implement and enforce company sales systems and playbooks
- Ensure accurate documentation contracts and CRM usage
- Partner with production and operations for smooth project execution
Customer Experience
- Uphold Bulldog Roofings reputation for quality and integrity
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally
- Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the sales cycle
Qualifications
- 3 years of sales experience (roofing construction or in-home sales preferred)
- 1 3 years of sales leadership or management experience
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership coaching and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to build and lead in a new market
- Comfortable in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally
Compensation & Benefits
- $80000 $100000 base salary (depending on experience) performance-based bonuses

- Team members averaging 10 appointments and 2 contracts per week
- Daily team activity including role play and door knocking
