Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations
Ensure high standards of food service and cleanliness
Train mentor and supervise restaurant staff
Manage inventory and supply orders to maintain stock levels
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
Implement promotional activities to increase customer engagement
Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant setting
Strong leadership and team management skills
