As the Restaurant Assistant General Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations ensuring exceptional guest service and managing a high-performing team. Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations
- Ensure high standards of food service and cleanliness
- Train mentor and supervise restaurant staff
- Manage inventory and supply orders to maintain stock levels
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Implement promotional activities to increase customer engagement
- Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
