Responsibilities

Manage inventory including ordering and stock control
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Analyze financial reports and develop strategies to enhance profitability
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation
Plan and coordinate special events and promotions to boost sales
Ensure a clean and welcoming restaurant environment for guests
Monitor industry trends to ensure the restaurant remains competitive
Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and management
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Experience with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
