This will be a temporary position starting mid-April and continuing through the end of August. This will be an onsite position.

Position Summary

Responsible for operating the front desk providing administrative support when needed and assisting with meeting coordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee front desk responsibilities including answering all incoming calls transferring calls receiving and distributing all incoming deliveries and greeting visitors

  • Provide administrative support including but not limited to coordinating and maintaining meeting rooms and managing employee lounge

  • Maintain and order office supplies

  • Assist with new hire onboarding including office space setup office tours and other assistance as needed

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work on other projects as assigned

  • Assist with travel arrangements

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 1-year administrative experience in a professional business environment

  • Ability to work independently to complete work assignments with minimal direct supervision

  • Requires a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Intermediate level knowledge of Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
