Surgery Center Administrator

Administrator Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)

The Administrator is responsible for overall facility leadership including operations financial performance quality initiatives and physician relationships. This role ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while driving operational excellence and a positive experience for both patients and staff.

• Lead all aspects of daily facility operations including administrative clinical support and business functions
• Serve as a liaison between the Governing Board Medical Staff facility leadership and USPI Home Office
• Ensure compliance with regulatory accreditation quality and patient safety standards
• Develop and manage operating staffing and capital budgets
• Monitor financial performance including P&L and mitigate operational risks
• Oversee staffing workforce planning and employee performance management
• Support physician relationships credentialing and medical staff coordination
• Manage vendor agreements service contracts and physician partnerships
• Lead quality improvement infection control and patient experience initiatives
• Participate in operational reviews and performance reporting
• Identify and drive opportunities for service line growth and operational improvement

• Demonstrated leadership experience in outpatient surgery operations or related surgical services
• Strong financial acumen including experience managing budgets and P&L performance
• Experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership preferred
• Hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure considered
• Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
