What this role is all about
You will join our Accounts Payable team and support the day-to-day financial operations that keep Infobip running smoothly. This role is designed for someone at an early stage of their career who is eager to learn build a strong foundation in AP processes and grow through hands-on experience. You will work closely with senior AP colleagues contributing to accurate financial records and reliable payment processes while learning how finance supports the wider business.
What youll do
- Enter vendor invoices into the accounts payable system ensuring accuracy and correct coding
- Provide administrative and financial support to the Accounts Payable team
- Support the preparation and processing of outgoing payments in line with approval protocols
- Maintain accurate records of invoices payments and related documentation
- Enter financial data into company systems ensuring completeness and data integrity
- Assist with the preparation of monthly AP-related financial statements and reports
- Participate in improving AP reports and processes
- Support the entry and processing of travel and expense reports ensuring policy compliance
- Assist with processing and reconciling corporate credit card expenses
- Perform other delegated and professional tasks related to AP operations

- Ability to handle administrative and repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
- Willingness to learn and develop under mentorship from senior AP team members
- Basic understanding of financial processes and documentation
- Organized reliable and able to follow defined procedures
- Comfortable working with financial systems and data entry tools
