Job Summary
Collins Community Credit Union a growing organization is currently hiring a Commercial Loan Processor.
This position is onsite at our Blairs Ferry Rd location in Cedar Rapids. Applicants must have valid work authorization for permanent employment in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.

Essential Functions:
Demonstrate enthusiastic support of corporate mission core values and long-term objectives. Perform duties within our bylaws regulations Board of Directors policies established internal and external service standards and our work procedures.
Review Credit approval and complete pre-closing checklist making sure all the items are taken care of in a timely manner including but not limited to; Ordering appraisals and environmental screenings oods abstracting and title opinions/title commitments for commercial real estate transactions.
Coordinate loan closings with closing company for any real estate transactions.
Coordinate loan closings with Commercial Loan Officers.
Prepare commercial loan documents for new loans renewals modications & change in terms.
Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy completeness and alignment with the approved credit terms prior to providing documents to the Commercial Loan Officer.
Fund and book commercial loans according to established procedures.
Record and reconcile loan-related transactions within the banking software system.
Complete disbursements and process loan fees accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure credit les are complete within a reasonable time post-closing as well as on-going due diligence.
Ensure required insurance nancial information and related data are properly entered and maintained in the commercial loan software system.
Assisting Commercial Operations Lead with balancing Commercial GLs.
Maintain commercial closing calendar and provide updates during weekly commercial departments meetings.
Collaborate with other Commercial Operations Team Members from time to time on special projects.
Must be available to work during business hours:
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
