Job Summary



Wereseeking a strategic and people-drivenDirector of Salesto lead a team of seven Inside Sales Account Executives (AEs) focused on delivering complex equipment financing solutions to Fortune500clients.Youllbe responsible forhiring coaching and developing a high-performing team that drives growth through existing relationships and new accountacquisition.

In this roleyoullown key client relationships acting as a trusted partner to ensure our solutions are deeply embedded in their operations.Youllcollaborate cross-functionally to aligneffortsand deliverseamlessclient experience.

Success will be measured by team quota attainment client retention and expansion of strategic accounts. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a passion for developing talent and building lasting high-value client partnerships.





Key Responsibilities



Team Leadership & Development

  • Hire coach and mentor Account Executives to build a high-performing team that originates over $175MM annually in both FMV and Finance leases.
  • Foster a culture of accountability continuous improvement and results-driven performance.
  • Identifyand develop future sales leaders to support long-term organizational growth.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Drive growth through client expansion and new account acquisition by developing strategic selling capabilities across the team.
  • Ensure AEs are executing account plans and penetrating all relevant verticals within assigned accounts.
  • Lead initial efforts to introduce and sell PRCs 3PM services.

Client Engagement & Relationship Ownership

  • Own key client relationships delivering a white glove experience and positioning PRC as a trusted advisor.
  • Champion deep strategic partnerships that lead to long-term retention and account expansion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionallyto ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Deal Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Guide AEs inidentifying structuring and closing complex high-value deals.
  • Activelyparticipatein account discovery development and closing callsthis is a hands-on leadership role.
  • Support strategic pricing discussions and negotiations with key clients.

Operational Excellence

  • Use performance data (calls opportunities portfolio metrics) to drive continuous improvement across the team.
  • Ensure operational discipline and consistency in sales execution and pipeline management.

Organizational Alignment

  • Partner closely with senior sales leadership and internal stakeholders toalign ongrowth strategies and team success.
  • Engage with executive leadership as neededPRCs leaders are hands-on and available as strategic resources.



Requirements



  • Must have 5 years of equipment leasing or financing experience selling to large enterprise or Fortune 500 organizations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience with a proventrack recordof hiring coaching and developing Account Executives in a complex B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams that consistently meet or exceed quota.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire motivate and hold teams accountabletoperformance goals.
  • Experience driving growth through both client expansion and new account acquisition.
  • Ability to build andmaintainstrategic relationships with investment-grade credit clients.
  • Ability to bring high-performing Account Executives or established client relationships is a plus
  • Bachelorsdegree.



Compensation and Benefits



  • Salary: $150000
  • Total Compensation(salarycommissionsand bonuses):
  • Team originating $100MM FMV/Finance leases to $250MM FMV/Finance leases:$385000 to $1050000.
