As the Director of Nursing you will oversee all nursing operations and establish the clinical standard for the organization. You will play a key role in leading teams ensuring regulatory compliance and driving quality patient outcomes in a behavioral health setting.

• Lead and manage nursing teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care
• Provide coaching mentorship and professional development to nursing leaders and staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including CMS and The Joint Commission (TJC)
• Oversee staffing scheduling and workforce planning
• Monitor clinical outcomes and lead quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support patient treatment plans
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience (6 years preferred)
• Behavioral health nursing experience required (1 year; 2 years preferred) including inpatient outpatient psychiatric or addiction recovery settings
• Minimum 2 years of progressive leadership or management experience
• Prior Director of Nursing or Nurse Manager experience preferred
