Job Summary
Job Description: SCRUM MASTER
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily scrum meetings sprint planning sprint review and sprint retrospective.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile practices and principles to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Remove any obstacles that hinder the teams progress and help them remain focused on their tasks.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize tasks and ensure clear communication.
- Maintain and update project documentation including user stories backlog items and release plans.
Essential Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Experience working in a Pediatric Therapy or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
