This position is an onsite role in Tewksbury MA.

What You Will Do:

• Serves as the Chief Scrum Master & liaison between the Chief Product Owner (CPO) and Scrum Teams.

• Responsible for coaching mentoring and enabling Scrum Masters Product Owners and Agile teams across Patriot Cybersecurity Team.

• Drives consistent Agile execution ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum principles facilitating continuous improvement and maturing agile practices across the portfolio.

• Facilitates cross-team synchronization removes impediments and ensures alignment of technical priorities across the department.

• Partners with Product Owners SW Engineers and technical leadership to define roadmaps manage dependencies and ensure delivery of high-quality secure engineering capabilities.

• Defining security requirements and design solutions providing guidance and direction related to security technologies.

• Identifying and implementing security design and preparing and maintaining engineering and security related documentation.

• Defining and developing cybersecurity requirements design and architecture artifacts strategy plans and policies.

• Perform and/or provide guidance and oversight on vulnerability assessments defining negotiating and executing Assessment and Authorization (A&A) events.

• Collaborating with program and engineering disciplines and ensuring cybersecurity solution alternatives.

• Define security development and test efforts implementation of security controls of networking devices databases operating systems and hardware and software components.

• Conducting technical and nontechnical trade studies analysis reviews identify.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity/Computer Science/Engineering or related technical field and 8 years of experience

Experience in cybersecurity compliance and risk management framework.

Active and transferable US government issued security clearance is required on day 1. U.S. Citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Required to support in-country assessment travel

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with security features and/or vulnerability of various operating systems as defined by NSA NIST DISA (STIGs) and USCYBERCOM.

Experience with network and system security administration including operating system security configuration and account management best practices for MS Windows Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Cisco Systems.

DoDI 8570.01-M IAT Level-III Compliant Certification (CISSP CCNP Security CISA etc.)

Familiar with NIST Risk Management Framework as described in NIST Special Publication 800-37.

Familiar with Program Protection Plan (PPP) required by DoDI 5000.2 and DoDI 5200.39.

Experience working U.S. Government contract proposals as an Information Assurance Engineer subject matter expert.

Security related Network (e.g. Cisco) and Operating System certification or training.

Self-starter requiring limited direction and supervision.

The salary range for this role is 107500 USD - 204500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
