As Senior Lead SS&A Shark Beauty EMEA you will define and drive the Shark growth ambition across existing categories new categories and new markets. You will shape winning strategies across pricing product configuration and NPD ensuring flawless execution and rigorous performance tracking.

This role is critical to delivering Sharks commercial success across EMEAmaximising growth expanding market share and driving strong profitability while staying aligned with global priorities. You will build strategies that win execute with precision and measure impact at every level to sustain market leadership.

What Youll Do

• Define and inspire the Shark Beauty EMEA growth ambition including clear where to play choices market share beacons and a diversification roadmap across categories and geographies

• Virtually lead and align cross-EMEA commercial stakeholders setting clear priorities and mobilising teams into action

• Own end-to-end excellence of NPD launches including competitive benchmarking winning channel strategy commercial positioning and retail/.com readiness

• Establish and track ambitious NPD KPIs ensuring high visibility and timely communication across stakeholders

• Lead the EMEA category plan to win for priority categories including market engagement scaling of proven models governance of go-to-market workstreams and executive communication

• Design and evolve EMEA channel strategy across developed and emerging channels leveraging assortment and pricing to unlock new consumer occasions

• Build and optimise the assortment roadmap including configuration strategy SKU extensions and tail rationalisation to drive consumer relevance and scale efficiencies

• Define pricing and promotional strategies embedding insights from advanced analytics and best practices for rapid adoption

• Drive the category profitability roadmap partnering with category marketing sales and product development to unlock gross margin improvement opportunities

• Establish advanced analytics and performance frameworks to quantify impact and enable predictive modelling of category strategies

• Continuously elevate tools and capabilities to improve commercial decision-making in SS&A with clear governance KPIs and rollout plans

• Act as a key cross-functional partner across markets category marketing and product development to ensure the right operating model share insights and anticipate opportunities and risks

What Youll Bring

• Experience: 8 years in commercial strategy category management or product marketing with strong exposure to P&L ownership pricing and promotions; significant leadership experience required

• Strategic & Financial Acumen: Proven ability to manage and influence a P&L using data to drive decisions that improve profitability and market share

• Analytical Strength: Highly proficient in analysing market and category data to inform strategy track performance and measure ROI

• Commercial Expertise: Experience in assortment management NPD and pricing strategy with a strong track record of driving growth in competitive markets

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and virtual teams manage complex initiatives and develop high-performing talent

• Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams around ambitious goals
